Body-Centered Therapy
“Relaxation & Relief”
Body-centered therapy acknowledges the role of the client and the client’s body in the restoration of well-being. Techniques like holding, organ-holding, muscle-puffing, and bone-loading are used in the session. The client’s comments and feedback are used to direct the massage therapist’s course of treatment and the natural capacity for self-correction is thereby encouraged.
